INFUSION #4
Tuesday, Sept 2, 2025, I had my 3rd infusion of Kisunla. Specifically:
donanemab-azbt (Kisunla) 1,400 mg in sodium chloride 290 mL IVPB
Due to Alzheimer's disease sodium chloride 0.9% flush 10 mL
THE AMOUNT OF KUSUNLA WAS INCREASED TO THE AMOUNT I'LL HAVE FOR THE LAST THREE INFUSIONS.
NO DIZZINESS THIS TIME, BUT I DID GET SEVERE PAIN IN MY EYES ON AUGUST 5. I TOOK A SINUS PAIN RELIEF PILL AND WOKE UP THIS MORNING FEELING FINE.
NO BRAIN MRI UNTIL OCTOBER.
THANKS FOR ALL YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT AND PRAYERS.
CURRENT SCORE:
donanemab-azbt(Kisunla) - 4.5 💥ALZEHIMER DISEASE - 0
Below is a continuation of my last post...
Owen Miller and I also designed an activity we titled "Walk Around" that was a hit every time I gave a presentation at science teacher conferences.
I set up a walk around along the outside of my room. People coming in early wandered around, usually with strange looks on their faces.
I'd start the session with the rules. There are only 3.
1. You can work by your self or with a group.
2. The answers will be posted with 15 minutes left in the period.
3. There is a good chance there will be a quiz, so copying the answers without knowing the questions won't be much help.
I had my last period students, and the teachers in my presentations, to take down the materials and stack them in a neat pile.
Teachers were shocked at the ease of set up and take down.
Here's a question card

If you can't read the description, or would like a copy, send me a comment at the end of this post, and I'll send you a copy of the rules.
Also, if you'd like the whole description of Walking Around a Novel, not what's shown below, send me a comment at the end of this post, and I'll send you a copy the whole document. There is a PLETHORA of Teacher Notes.
