Monday, October 27, 2025, I had my sixth infusion of Kisunla. Specifically:

donanemab-azbt (Kisunla) 1,400 mg in sodium chloride 150 mL IVPB

Due to Alzheimer's disease, sodium chloride 0.9% flush 10 mL 

I found out that this is the maximum Kisunal does for my situation. Once again, there were no issues during the infusion.

What are the differences in me since the beginning of this trip?

I can read aloud better.

Dreams are fewer, but still as intense as they were earlier.

It's easier to write my latest book. FAR FEWER do-overs while typing. I have no title yet. I'm waiting for an epiphany.

What's the same in me since the beginning of this trip?

Trouble finding nouns when writing or speaking.

I don't have any trouble sleeping.

Zoey, our dog, and I still walk between 5 and 6 miles every day.

Anything else?
