My Back
In 2005, I had my second back surgery: L5 Laminectomy & partial discectomy. The surgeon said he considered removing more, but decided not to, since it may be 5 to 10 years before it would be needed. I had no problems for 19 years. I have a problem now. The curve in the spine is not supposed to be that "spiney."
I'm scheduled to start physical therapy on January 28 for an evaluation. It could be once or twice a week for 9 weeks. Unfortunately, it says the therapy is listed for "Diagnosis: Right Hip Pain."
I do have right hip pain, but the last time I looked at a human anatomy book, hip and spine were not synonyms.
